Week Two
[page 1: simple shape buttons]

Well, Butzi is the Button Queen, but since buttons and shapes were the order of the day, here are my contributions to the bigger than real life button pile. [If used in real life, these would be much smaller, but that's an easy fix with Fireworks image and canvas resizing options. :^]

For the suggested font fiddlings, I grabbed some dingbats.  I hope no one is offended by the feline image, but having had a sick kitty in the house lately, this image just hit wayyyyy too close to home when I ran across it.  Couldn't resist playing with it. [grin]

I did notice something odd about that cat butt[on] when swapping resolutions.  In my normal working/running resolution the button appears totally circular.  However, when I drop down to 1024x768 or 800x600 it appears slightly taller than it is wide on my screen???  It was drawn with the shift key depressed. In this fiddle, it didn't matter much to me, but I know that in certain situations that might drive me batty!  Haven't quite figured that one out. Possibly and optical illusion caused by the drop shadows???

Shapes will continue on the next page as there is a wicked page size limit of 50K [+/-]....Oooh, I do love to load up graphics example pages with wild abandon.  Gotta remember that some people won't be willing to wait for my bizarre doodles & rambles to load.  lol
